West Bloomfield Parks has been a trusted provider of family-fun for 50+ years. Allow us to teach, inspire and cultivate your child’s sense of adventure with one of our summer day camps.
WB Parks will open camp registration on March 20, 2025.
Registration Information:
Registration begins March 20 at 8 am. We will begin accepting forms on March 3. Early registration for 2024 Nature Camp and Camp WB participants is on March19 from 6 am-4:30 pm. Register by June 1 and receive a $10 discount on each week of camp (unless stated otherwise).
- Forms only need to be submitted once for the entire summer.
- Camp forms can be submitted online, except for the optional medication form which must be completed by your doctor.
- Please allow two business days for WB Parks staff to process your camp waiver. Once your camp waivers have been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. At that point, you can register online or give us a call for assistance.
Here is a checklist to help you:
1. Camp Agreement and Release Form
This gives our staff basic information about your child and gives permission for your child to participate in the camp. This form is required and must be completed online.
2. Concussion Form
This form is required by the State of Michigan. If you’ve completed this form for a previous camp or program, you do not need to complete it again. It must be turned in with the other camp forms to complete the registration process.
3. Medication Administration Policy and Permission Form
This policy describes the conditions under which your child can receive medication during camp hours. The form is only needed if your child needs to take ANY medication during camp hours (either over-the-counter or prescription and includes inhalers, epipens, etc.). One form must be filled out for each medication. Please note: part of this form must be filled out by your physician.
Medication forms, if required, must be completed online, uploaded to your Camp Agreement and Release Form or emailed (camps@wbparks.org).
Inclement Weather
Our weather hotline number is 248-451-1930.
Parent Newsletters for each camp will have specific inclement weather details. In some instances, if inclement weather is predicted, we will contact you via phone and email. A make-up day has been pre-scheduled for select camps. If no make-up day is offered, a prorated refund will be provided.
