Commissioner David Barash has been in the financial industry for 12 years and previously spent nearly 20 years in hospitality operations. In 2017, he began looking for opportunities to give back to the community. David was appointed to the West Bloomfield Parks and Recreation Commission in 2018 and remains committed to supporting staff, building on the natural beauty within our parks and sharing the events and education offered to our community. Outside of work, he is an avid cook, enjoys motorcycle riding and spending time with family.
