Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 8 am on the West Bloomfield Trail, all ages welcome

What better way to celebrate National Trails Day than being outdoors on the West Bloomfield Trail? Meet and park at Walnut Creek Middle School for a walk along our scenic and historic rail-to-trail network ending at Sylvan Manor Park. Free shirts are passed out between 8:00 am – 8:30 am at a first come, first served basis while supplies last. WB Parks’ naturalists will be on the trail to answer all of your questions or discuss what you discovered along the way. 

The distance you choose to walk one way is the distance you must walk back to your vehicle. The West Bloomfield Trail is 6.8 miles one way. No pre-registration needed.
