Bus Driver Part Time - $11-13 per hour, starting rate, depending on qualifications. West Bloomfield Parks is seeking a part-time bus driver. Drivers operate a 14 passenger (or smaller) bus to transport senior and handicapped residents to and from various recreation programs, trips, medical appointments and errands. This position is subject to continuous drug and alcohol screening. The position is part time, averaging 15-18 hours per week during day time hours. Park Maintenance - $10.75 per hour, starting rate; Must be 18 or older. Employees in this position perform various park maintenance tasks at 12 different park sites comprising over 500 acres. Sites range from competitive athletic fields, and neighborhood parks to wildlife preserves. Tasks include athletic field grooming, litter and trash removal, mowing, landscaping, building and equipment maintenance, tree trimming, assisting in special events and other ground and building maintenance activities. Employees work under the immediate supervision of experienced Park Crew Leaders. Staff works a variety of days which include weekday, weekends and holidays. Must be dependable, responsible and able to follow oral and written instructions. Be at least 18 years old, have a valid State of Michigan Drivers license and pass random drug screening.
Summer Camp WB Latchkey Counselor - $9.50 per hour, starting rate; Must be 18 or older. This position ensures the safety and well-being of all campers before Camp WB hours and after Camp WB hours.
