My name is Thea Sailer. I have been the volunteer Stretch and Tone instructor for 10 years and am looking forward to teaching in the new Connect space. I was born in Wyandotte, Michigan and grew up in the downriver area. I enjoy teaching, (having taught for 37 years) and this class gives me an opportunity to give back to the community.
