Chairperson Brooks first became interested in the West Bloomfield Parks and Recreation Commission due to his passion for nature and the outdoors. A retired Director in the field of Transportation and Investment, Robert is a firm believer that gathering around recreation binds our community together. In his free time, he enjoys walking, bicycling, golfing and any activity where he can engage with our community.
