WB Parks offers two types of Tai Chi classes:
Yang Family Tai Chi
This style of Tai Chi is gentle and graceful, will help relax the mind and body, relieve stress and tension, and develop balance, flexibility, and muscle tone. Ms. Wang has traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and China to study with the world’s top masters and is a certified Senior Instructor in Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi. This class offers sections for beginners, intermediate and advanced participants.
Mindful Movement for Strength & Balance
Movements are practiced in both stepping, standing and sitting to improve core strength and balance. Integrating body and mind, we use simple Tai Chi postures to relax the mind and mobilize the body’s energy. Come “PLAY” this fun internal art tailored to improve your balance, flexibility, strength, stamina and youthful energy.
